Returns & Exchanges
We only offer returns or exchanges for items that arrive defective.
If you receive a defective item, please complete the form below within 2 business days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and a clear photo of the defect.
Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

If the item is confirmed defective and is in stock, we’ll ship a replacement right away.

If the item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund for the original purchase price of the defective screen to your original payment method.
If a return is approved for any reason other than a verified defect, a 10% restocking fee will apply, and shipping costs will be non-refundable.
Digital Downloads Policy
Please note that no refunds will be issued on any digital design downloads.

If an incorrect file was sent, the correct version will be emailed to the address provided at checkout.

If you purchased a duplicate design, store credit will be issued for a future purchase—no refunds will be given.
